I tried to convey the word Speed... and thought i did a good job showing movement in my text.

Collaborative Project

For my collaborative project I worked with Kim. We decided to call our exhibit Theatrics of a Natural Environment, playing on the subject that each of our artists utilize a natural space and incorporate unnatural manipulations. We decided to use the artists Oliver Wasow, and Jennifer Kathleen Phillips. Each artist has a different use of photoshop. Phillips has more of an illustrator approach to her work which also uses Christian iconography. Wasow uses Photoshop techniques and re-photographing, while also utilizing apocalyptic imagery. We felt that these two artists shared thematic and compositional elements to their work, while maintaining an originality that is truly unique, and also express the wide range of capabilities using photo manipulation software.

A Man for All Seasons

My second project for digital imaging...a self realization project. I combined about 5 or six different photos/elements of photos to remove myself from the picture and add in "light graffiti" of my tag (alias) Task...I also added more shadows of myself in different poses to make the atmosphere more interesting.
